![]() He is really good at doing different characters.ĭid you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?Įven though it was 18+ hours, I finished it faster than any other audiobook I've listened to so far. I usually listen to Jackson's narrations at 1.25x speed which improves the pacing. Jackson’s other performances before? How does this one compare? It took me on a journey, and then surprised me at the very end, just when I had forgotten about David's search for his own father. ![]() It was a great story about a man searching for his father, and the theme of father/son relationships was echoed in two other sets of characters. It kept my attention the whole way through. The author weaved the different characters and the plot together very well. Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why? ![]() ![]() Wish I could listen to it again for the first time ![]()
